Watch as Coach Brian Callahan explains, and O-Linemen demonstrate these footwork drills utilizing foot targets (cones & rings). He wants the O-Line to be a gain ground unit and push to move downfield, so in each drill the lineman go hard for 3-5 yards. Coach shows clips of their three base run blocks: man reach using cones, man reach and zone reach, and backside drive block-cutoff using rings. He will show an aerial view to show the stagger and will cover the man reach, inside drive, and back side of inside zone using rings.
