Watch as Coach explains the importance of keeping the feet moving when tackling. He created this tackling and fumble recovery drill to emphasize keeping the feet moving throughout the tackling process. The LB will tackle a popsicle sled and, on a command, will disengage from the sled and pick up a tossed ball while bending the knees, advancing the fumble while keeping the feet moving.
