Jail Screen with Ty Lang – Decatur HS (TX)

December 6, 2021 • By Nike Coach of the Year Clinics

Jail Screen vs. Man or Zone. Coach breaks down the responsibilities of the players in a jail screen. The outside receiver takes two big steps upfield and two little steps back toward the QB getting inside the kick. The playside tackle will kick out the defender in the flat and it is important that the inside receiver get vertical to hold the defender to buy time for the tackle.
