Watch as Coach explains and shows a video clip of the D-Line "Get Off Drill". The D-Line does a lot of stemming and this drill works on their movement and alignments. They use T-Boards in the chutes which helps the players to keep a good base and the cross board is there to force the player to gain ground on the initial step.
