Watch as Coach Kevin Wilson explains and shows practice video of this TE 4-cone route drill. This is a cone drill for a tight end running in 4 directions and 4 working on 4 specific route cuts. The TE runs to the 1st cone and breaks inside on a curl cut. He will run diagonally to the 2nd cone simulating a spot route. He proceeds to the 3rd cone and runs a dig route and the 4th cone is a speed cut. Work both left and right sides and make sure to teach the individual cuts before running the drill.
