Watch as Coach Tim Corbin discusses some of the characteristics he looks for in a recruit. How important the game of baseball and their teammates are and what those two things mean to them is a key factor. When you ask a potential recruit how they did in a practice or game, some speak only about themselves while others talk about the team. Watching a player in a practice environment allows a coach to see how a player acts and responds in non-game situations.
