Watch as Coach Mike Bianco discusses building a culture in your program that everyone understands and is driven by the players. Coaches will pick a leadership council of 4 to 6 guys and players will pick captains. The council will meet with the head coach monthly with the emphasis on allowing the players to speak freely. The goal of the leadership council is to make sure to stay together as a group and team. Coaches do need to know when there are issues that are impacting the team or individual players.
