Outfielders: X-Breaks Drill with Darren Fenster – Univ. of Miami

April 12, 2022 • By Dugout Chatter Summit

Watch as Coach explains, and outfielders demonstrate the X-Breaks Drill. Coach does not like the traditional drop step but wants the players instead to "open up and go" with the idea of staying in motion the whole time. The player will stagger their feet in the form of an 'X' and break to the ball.
