Watch as Coach Darren Fenster explains, and outfielders demonstrate the Flamingo Drill. The outfielder will stand on one foot and balance, and then field the ground ball, working it through into their throwing footwork. The outfielders will field grounders from a preset position using their forehand then work a Flamingo forehand into a reverse pivot. They will repeat the process with the backhand minus the reverse pivot.
