Watch as Coach explains that he likes to play his outfielders more to the gaps than most teams do. If you chart where balls are hit, you will see more balls hit between the gaps than down the line. They have a coach who is in charge of positioning the outfielders and 80% of the positioning is based on their pitchers and how they are attacking hitters.
