Watch as Coach explains this one-legged drill that helps players learn how to square the baseball. The goal is to be able to square the ball 4 out of 5 times in the BP round. Batters should have their feet together, lifting the front leg, trying to get to a balance point, then sync the back leg and stride and stop.
