Watch as Coach explains, and a hitter demonstrates this off-set front toss spin hitting drill. The hitter users a fungo bat and works on his pull-side as the toss will be aimed at his front hip. This allows the hitter to feel timing and direction of their launch to the strike zone while protecting their front hip.
