Watch as Coach explains how he wants his middle infielders to work on their feeds and double-play quickness. This is a timed drill using a stopwatch and provides feedback to the infielders on their turn time. The average turn time is 1.3 seconds. The purpose of the drill is to work on quick hands with some short steps and getting rid of the ball.
