Watch as Coach Steve Trimper discusses fly ball verbal communication and the importance of having rules on who makes the call on a ball hit into the air. Whoever makes the call must wait until the ball is at its highest peak before making the call. Standard rules are outfielders over infielders, and infielders over catchers. Pitchers take priority on balls hit directly over the mound. The only verbiage that his team uses is "ball, ball, ball".
