Watch as Coach answers a question about his coaching points for rundowns. He believes in zero throws by running down the baserunner and making the tag. He emphasizes that whoever has the ball must run hard and not worry about getting juked. If the baserunner is looking at you, you must attack and when his head flips, get the ball to your teammate so he can catch the ball and make a low tag.
