Watch as Coach Todd Coburn explains that a major problem for catchers is turning their hand down during the throw exchange. They are getting the ball out of the bottom of the mitt instead of coming out of the top. This band will help to work on this problem by pulling the ball out of the top of the mitt and the back of the hand should go right past your face.
