Watch as Coach explains, and a catcher demonstrates this J-band drill progression. Using a mini glove, the drill allows the catcher to control the flexion with band tension and prevent the ball from coming deep into the body. Moving the band into another position will make the catcher experience the opposite resistance and he will feel the tension as he moves the ball in.
