Watch as Coach explains, and catchers demonstrate this frisbee receiving drill. This is a low pitch receiving drill for when a pitch is below the catcher's target. The catcher will take his thumb into the six o'clock position catching the frisbee in a vertical position and finishing in a horizontal position. This is a great visual drill and make sure to work it to all areas of the plate.
