Coach explains, and pitchers demonstrate these band and mini band exercises. The band exercise starts with Y raises followed by Ts, Cs and then internal and external rotations. The mini band isometrics start with the squeeze making sure to squeeze the shoulder blades for 10 to 20 seconds duration. Repeat the exercise with the arms extended and then overhead.
