Watch as Coach discusses rhythm and separation while demonstrating the Flamingo and Walking Tee drills. The batter will hold his bat completely vertical and perpendicular to the ground with the Flamingo Drill and move forward keeping the barrel flat before rotating. In the Walking Tee Drill the batter will find the contact point on the tee and move quickly backwards, then approach the tee getting the backside off the ground and getting great rhythm on the upper body.
