Hit and Run Mentality with Scott Stricklin – Univ. of Georgia

August 20, 2020 • By American Baseball Coaches Association

Coach explains that in a hit and run situation the ball does not have to be hit on the ground. They want to drive the ball and smoke it but avoid fly balls. The batter can't swing and miss on a hit and run so the mentality should be to hit the ball hard to the opposite side.
