Hiring a new coach who is qualified for the position and also a teacher is the ideal situation for Molly Feesler. When a coach's position is open, her process would be to post it, collaborate with her principal and district office for teacher openings to determine what might match up. Molly explains what type of candidate that she and her interview committee are looking for so that they can interview five candidates and bring back two or three before making the final decision.
