Title IX Update with Peg Pennepacker, CAA – High School Title IX Consulting Services & Scott Lewis, JD – The National Group

Peg Pennepacker and Scott Lewis explain that the 2020 Title IX regulations are in effect and the impact of the emergency removal rule has on disciple and suspension. They recommend Athletic Directors take or retake the LTC 506 course to learn how to assess your school’s athletic program to document and keep that information on file.
