Craig Perry states that "striving" is where we all want to be. Mental performance is the ability to leverage key mental elements. The goal is to develop concepts that you can share with coaches and athletes about mental performance like dealing with stress and struggles. Craig will describe the signs and symptoms of striving and point out that it also needs to be part of your personal life.
