T.D. O'Hara explains that he considers social media as a positive tool and he encourages his coaches to use it to promote their program and athletes. Monitoring athletes is important, but not so much as to what they "can" and "can't" post, but more to help them understand that what they post can possibly have both a short and long-term negative impact on them.
