Recognizing the Impact COVID Has on Your Coaches with Dr. Lee Dorpfeld – Univ. of South Florida

Dr. Lee Dorpfeld recommends that ADs should recognize the impact COVID-19 has had on their coaches and not just the athletes. ADs can provide resources for their coaches in the same manner coaches do for their players. The goal should be to keep staff and athletes mentally healthy during the pandemic.
