Travis Daugherty explains that making people the priority is the key in building a winning culture. He gives an example of compartmentalizing daily responsibilities by placing them into a leadership or management folder. Travis believes you can't build a winning culture through positive management, but you can do so by being committed to helping your people learn, grow, and improve. He explains that "Engage, Educate, Influence, Connect" is true leadership and this involves taking people from where they were to some place better.
