Dr. Lisa Langston explains the goal for the upcoming basketball season is for the student-athletes to have a positive experience and make it through an entire season. She is optimistic but admits that this will be a challenging experience. It is important to let your coaches know that this will be a unique experience and they need to be prepared to make adjustments. Practice with drills and scrimmages will need to be designed to be as safe as possible. Pre-screening before all games is important as well as proper wearing of masks and staggered bench seating.
