Ernest Robertson, Jr. explains the school's open team practice/parents meeting. Some parents are not naive enough to think they can play but do think they can coach. Parents are given opportunities to make strategic coaching decisions in a game-like situations during the practice. Other activities include going over the rules of the game, encouraging parent to watch other players besides their own, and helping them understand that lessons can be learned in good and bad situations.
