Have a Strong Philosophy with Rob Miller – Proactive Coaching

View more from the video provider • February 25, 2019 • By Proactive Coaching@Proactivecoach

Rob Miller explains how it is important that Athletic Directors and Coaches have a strong philosophy. It is acceptable, especially for the athletes, to have changes and tweaks in a plan, but problems occur when things are abandoned quickly. When this happens, athletes lose faith in their coaches, and the coaches lose faith in administrators.
