Bill Fitzgerald, a member of the NIAAA for 25 years, believes in supporting an organization that supports him as an AD. Many young Athletic Directors think they can do it all, but the NIAAA is there to provide assistance such as mentoring programs, class work, and networking opportunities.
Bill Fitzgerald is currently the Executive Director of the Nebraska State Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association (NSIAAA) and was previously the Activities Director and Assistant Principal at Fremont High School in Nebraska.
