Develop Your Coaches to Develop Athletes with Andre’ Walker – Houston ISD

July 16, 2020 • By ADInsider

Andre' Walker explains that to have a successful program, it is key that coaches develop a relationship with the athletes starting at the middle school level. He is not concerned about wins and losses at that level but wants the coaches to develop and prepare the athletes for high school. Building a trust level so that the athletes realize that the coaches are interested in their development and growth will encourage them to stay focused and continue to participate.
