Chris Muskopf explains that using a google sheet helps the athletic department organize and manage the event staff throughout the year. The google sheet is organized by date, time, opponent, and location for each event, and a list of potential roles which also includes their responsibilities. This full access google sheet is sent to all the coaches, faculty, and staff, giving them an opportunity to sign up to be event staff for various contests and events throughout the year.
