Emails
- It is important to set a specific time for checking emails
- Decide what needs your attention now and what can wait
- Avoid letting emails interrupt your workflow.
Meetings
- If there is not an agenda, there is not a meeting
- Keep t to the established meeting time
- Important issue first
- Have a note taker at the meeting
