Emails

  • It is important to set a specific time for checking emails
  • Decide what needs your attention now and what can wait
  • Avoid letting emails interrupt your workflow

Meetings

  • If there is not an agenda, there is not a meeting
  • Keep to the established meeting time
  • Important issue first
  • Have a note taker at the meeting
