Rebecca Moe discusses developing female athletes as future leaders. She explains that women who play competitive sports in their youth are more likely to be in leadership roles or management roles later in life. Competitive sports are instrumental in teaching the following skills: teamwork, leadership, managing stress and pressure, problem solving, and effective communication.
