Watch as Coach Ryan Deakin discusses sweep singles and how it's to his liking because he feels that with a sweep single you are not putting yourself in a lot of danger. The move consists of making contact with your head to their head, then using your back hand to reach first to their back, then using your front hand to reach and grab your opponent to then circle them. Once done, shoot for a single leg and lock your hands around the leg.
