What I Would Do Differently if I Coached Again with Paul Biancardi – ESPN

May 18, 2021 • By National High School Basketball Coaches Association

Watch as Paul Biancardi explains what he would do differently in this day and age if he coached again. It is important for coaches to understand that communication is key for today's players and how you deliver your message is critical. Kids today are results-driven and are always concerned about the future. He discusses the process and states that it is not what you teach but what you emphasize. The process can be academics, conditioning, practice, or anything related to your program. If you embrace the process your kids will follow your lead. Always emphasize why and how the process is beneficial to everyone.

This clip comes from a full-length session that was featured in the National HS Basketball Coaches Virtual Leadership Summit that was held from April 29 - May 1, 2021.
