Watch as Coach explains, and players demonstrate this shuffle lane ball handling drill. The drill starts with the ball inside a plastic grocery bag in the right hand of the players. The bag makes the ball slippery, and the emphasis is on ball control to prevent turnovers. The players take 3 hard dribbles then go between the legs, using a drag dribble with the left hand across the lane. Reverse the process and return across the lane. Coach will go into detail on explaining other options with this drill.
