Watch as Coaches Andrea Robinson and Kadi Creel explain, and players demonstrate this quick hands drill. The players form two lines facing each other with one line throwing a chest pass and the other line a bounce pass. The lines will face in the opposite direction and execute the 'behind the back, no bounce pass' working both right and left hands. The drill will improve overall passing and cut down on turnovers.
