Watch as Coach Katie Abrahamson-Henderson explains, and players demonstrate this power back drill. Many times, a player gets an offensive rebound and they put it back up but without any balance. The drill focuses on getting the rebound, landing on two feet, then drop stepping and powering up for the shot. Other players are slapping at the ball and pressuring from behind.
