Watch as Coach Dr. Klint Pleasant explains, and players demonstrate this low post play consecutive sealing drill. The post player is sealing and determining where he wants the ball. The perimeter players will not pass the ball in and the post player must move and seal in another direction and call ball. The post player reacts to the defender and is constantly sealing and switching to a new position.
