Watch as Coach Ric Wesley explains, and players demonstrate this low post passing drill. The drill starts with the 'angle pass' which is a semi-lofted pass from the wing to the big. The big wants to own the line from the ball to the rim. The 'zip pass' is when the post player has his defender buried in the post and the pass from the wing should be aimed at the forehead or higher. The 'bounce pass to the low post' works on improving your angle, starting with the wing, faking a high pass, then executing a bounce pass to the low post.
