Watch as Coach explains how to determine a quality shot with the right player taking the right shot at the right time. Green light shooting helps to protect your best shooters and lets everyone know that the shooters have been determined by the coach which helps in the locker room and in dealing with parents. This system is based on three drills that occur every Monday that the players perform, and they must achieve set standards that will allow them to have a green light to shoot at any time. When the players understand the concept, it allows the coach to develop player roles and helps build team cohesion.
