The way you talk to your players can eliminate problems before they start. Coach explains three key communication points that he uses in practice: no rhetorical questions, speak in tweets, not blogs, and try to keep practice moving. Coach asks his players how they want to be talked to and if they prefer to be corrected in private or in front of the team. He suggests that if a player responds to a question with 'I don't know' and it is without attitude or disrespect, it is a great opportunity to teach.
