Watch as Coach Mike Neighbors explains, and players demonstrate this dribble drive rack drill. The player will receive a pass and kick it up then make a move toward the basket. The players have an option on their finish: show the ball then bring it back in, running back the ball, push the ball out in front then finish. Make sure to run the drill to both sides.
