Watch as Coach Mike Melton explains the weight room changes implemented to increase the performance of the team's throw-in capability. There are three areas that the staff focuses on: throwing force, power of the throw, and balance and weight transfer. The team lifts 2 to 4 times per week and these throw-in exercises are part of every session. All players take part in these sessions.
