Watch as Coach Ian Barker explains that in this rondo the goalkeepers are playing with the white team, focusing on possession. The red team is trying to press and win possession, scoring if they can at either goal. This is a good activity as it works on possession with the goalkeepers using their feet a lot. There is also a good opportunity to work on finishing, where each side has five minutes in possession then flips sides.
