Watch as Coach Paul Rogers explains and volunteers demonstrate this goalkeeper drill of attacking a high ball using one hand. The ball is served over the net and the keeper must attack the ball with one hand and push it back over the net then backpedal back to the original position. Keep the ball in front of you and don’t let it get over your head.
