Watch as Coach Paul Rogers explains, and volunteers demonstrate this dive-volley goalie drill. The drill starts with the goalie doing a lateral double touch then diving to block a shot and moving back into position to catch the volley. It is important that the goalies are aware of space and distance making sure they are not too close to the goal.
