Changing the Point of Attack with David Newbery – United Soccer Coaches

May 26, 2021 • By Michigan High School Soccer Coaches Association

Watch as Coach explains and shows video clips on changing the point of attack. Switching and changing the point of attack are two different concepts. Switching is moving the ball from one side of the field to the other and often includes two or three passes. Changing the point of attack is moving the ball five to ten yards in order to see a different attacking picture. He will explain in detail the technical and tactical details of changing the point of attack.
